Vehicle components, replacement parts, electronic systems, battery systems, semiconductor technologies, smart modules, infotainment systems, and related automotive materials may be sourced from one or multiple international manufacturing locations depending upon vehicle specifications, production schedules, inventory availability, customization requests, engineering requirements, and supply chain operations.
All DEC AUTO™ vehicles are generally built, configured, or customized according to customer-selected specifications following purchase confirmation. While DEC AUTO™ makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide estimated timelines regarding vehicle production, manufacturing completion, shipping, customs processing, transportation logistics, and final delivery schedules, such timelines are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.
Customers acknowledge and understand that delays may occur due to:
- International shipping conditions
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures
- Supply chain interruptions
- Manufacturing adjustments
- Weather conditions
- Transportation carrier delays
- Regulatory compliance reviews
- Port congestion
- Inventory shortages
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DEC AUTO™
Accordingly, actual delivery dates may differ from projected estimates, and vehicles may arrive later than originally anticipated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DEC AUTO™ remains committed to delivering vehicles in premium operating condition, subject to applicable inspection, quality control, warranty verification, and dealer delivery procedures. Vehicle performance, covered repairs, and qualifying service obligations remain subject to the terms of the applicable DECTV AUTO™ warranty programs and service agreements.
DEC AUTO™ vehicle technologies, smart systems, software infrastructure, chip architecture, infotainment integration, and digital operating environments are supported by proprietary engineering knowledge, coding architecture, semiconductor integration experience, and technological development associated with DECTV™, including technologies related to the DEC DIGIBOXES™, the Jaymani Smartphone™, the DEC APP™, and related proprietary software and hardware ecosystems.
All trademarks, technologies, product names, service names, software systems, branding elements, designs, concepts, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of DECTV Company and/or its affiliated entities, licensors, manufacturers, suppliers, or strategic partners unless otherwise stated.
